I am the creative mind behind Fit Over 40. My own experience of overcoming life's massive obstacles taught me how to use fitness and effective strategies to deal with physical, mental, and emotional challenges. This is when I turned to fitness to cope with stress, heartbreak, and emotional turmoil. After a year of major transformation, I decided that I wanted to help others. I started Redline Functional Fitness in Durant, OK, and now this. I plan to change the way people see aging. 40 is the new 20 and 50 is the new 25!
